The Buyer can place an order in the following ways:

*by interactive order form, which can be found next to each product in the "configurator" tab and which is sent to the shop. The order form has to be filled out according to instructions appearing during the process.

*by electronic mail to the address biuro@introserwis.pl or menu@introserwis.pl in a form of description.

*by telephone - after discussing a request, valuation of offered products in sent via e-mail, and after a client accepts it, we start to execute an order

Each order is confirmed not later than on the next working day after it was placed. Confirmation means that the order was received and accepted by the Seller. Lack of confirmation within the above-mentioned period of time means that a contract, in a form resulting from an order, was not concluded. Confirmation is sent via e-mail.

 In order to conclude a contract, the Buyer has to follow instructions included in a confirmation. Confirmation includes detailed information about an order, including price and order delivery time, as well as visualisation.
